Sundus Labs offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

📋 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • With original tags and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personal care/beauty products, perishable goods, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
